The HealthChoice Provider Relations Division is the primary source of information for
Providers participating in the Provider Network. The Provider Relations Division is
comprised of two distinct units: Network Management and Research.
The Network Management Unit is responsible for performing the day-to-day duties
necessary to manage the Provider Network including the distribution of contracts,
applications and all other documentation utilized to obtain and store accurate Provider
information. The Network Management Unit is also responsible for maintaining the
Network Provider database, which is used as the primary source of provider information
for the Network Provider Directory and the claims payment system. Providers may call

The Research Unit is responsible for handling inquiries and requests for
assistance from health care providers regarding claims, the Network Provider Contract
and assisting members who have issues connected with Network Providers. The Research
Unit is integral to the Network Provider education and communication components,
which are critical to Provider Relations Division operations. Providers may call

Provider Relations Division office hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday
through Friday.
