The Online Provider Directory has replaced the printed version. It is updated frequently
to ensure members and Network Providers have access to the most accurate information
available. Online access facilitates the search for the most appropriate health care
professional or facility in the closest possible proximity to the Plan member. The
Online Provider Directory is accessed by clicking on the "Provider Search" link which
is located below and in the column located on the left side of the main page of the
HealthChoice Network Provider web site.
