Statement
Our mission is
to actively promote responsible behavior and the adoption of
lifestyles that are maximally conducive to good health. Our goal
is to promote and protect the health of HEALTHCHOICE plan
participants. We work to achieve and maintain wellness as a shared
responsibility between the plan participants and the H.E.L.P.
staff.
About H.E.L.P.
H.E.L.P. was
developed to provide HealthChoice plan participants with ways to adopt and
maintain healthy lifestyles and we are committed to encouraging
everyone to make lifestyle improvements.

field is an ever changing and exciting area and H.E.L.P. is
continually researching and developing new programs for our
