To replace a medication(s) that is lost or damaged during a declared disaster or other public health emergency, you should have your pharmacy contact Medco’s Pharmacy Help Line toll-free at 1-800-922-1557. This number is located on the back of your HealthChoice pharmacy ID card.
You may also contact Medco’s Member Services toll-free at the numbers listed below. You should explain the emergency situation or declared disaster and ask for an override to obtain your lost or destroyed medication(s).
