Medicare Prescription Drug Program Information
The new Medicare Part D program, also commonly referred to as the Prescription Drug
Program, is a Federal program implemented to assist Medicare eligible people with their
expenses.
HealthChoice has contracted with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
to provide Medicare Part D Prescription Drug benefits through our HealthChoice Medicare
Supplement Plans.
