New ClaimLink site is available
HealthChoice is proud to introduce an online service from EDS that gives members access to the status of medical and dental claims, deductible
status, the ability to view and print details of your EOBs, and confirm eligibility, to name just a few of the great options available day or night.
Security is a primary concern of HealthChoice and therefore, you will need to register a unique username and password to gain access to your
information. Registration only takes a moment, but you will need your Member ID number. HealthChoice hopes you find this service to be a
user friendly tool for answering your questions.
If you used ClaimLink prior to January 1, 2009, you must create a new account and login to access the site now.
